Advice:
My advice to pre-teen and teen girls is very simple but, takes a real concentrated effort and practice:
· Always see your self-worth and value through your own eyes. Do not let others define your value!
· Love yourself every day and remind yourself constantly of the many positive characteristics that you possess.
· Surround yourself with people of all ages who encourage and supportYOUR goals and aspirations.
· Stay positive and focused on “goodness”.
· Keep your personal standards high and above reproach.
