Advice:
Dream big. When I was in high school, I would never have imagined that one day I would be the president of the University of Pennsylvania. My goals for myself were modest until I was encouraged to think big. All young women now can dream of being leaders, scientists, athletes or scholars. If the sky was the limit when I was in high school, then the universe is the limit for young women today.
